I have a lovespoon design in mind, can you help?

Please email your idea to me, and we will design a lovespoon for you based on your ideas. There is no extra charge for this service

Are your Lovespoons mass produced?

No. All Lovespoons are cut out individually, and hand carved – not machine made. Therefore no two lovespoons are ever the same.

Do you produce the bowls yourself, or are they bought in?

All lovespoons are hand carved and all bowls hand turned in house.

Can you produce bowls in different wood or just the wood on the site?

Many more woods are available, simply email us with your preferred wood, and will will endeavour to accommodate you

I am not UK based, how do I pay for a Lovespoon / bowl?

If you click on the thumbnail of the spoon you are interested in, the “add to cart” option, takes you to the Paypal site where you can pay by credit card securely.

I am UK based, but do not have a credit card, how can I pay?

UK customers can pay by cheque or postal order. Please make the cheque payable to Paul Wadge, and send to: Lovespoons Wales, Unit 1, Port Talbot Business Units, Port Talbot, West Glamorgan, SA12 6HZ. Please remember to add which Lovespoon you require, your colour choice, your postal address and a contact email address / phone number.

If I buy several Lovespoons of the same design, will they be identical?

No. As all lovespoons are hand carved, there will be differences between the Lovespoons, all will be unique.

 How long will my Lovespoon take to arrive?

Lovespoons are normally dispatched in 4 - 6 weeks, longer during busy times. If you need your Lovespoon in a hurry, please email before placing the order, and we will endeavour to accommodate you.

 What if I am unhappy with the Lovespoon?

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please email me to arrange a return, and full refund of purchase price. Please note, personalised Lovespoons are non returnable.

My question has not been answered here, can I email you?

Please feel free to email us at anytime. Emails are usually answered with in 24 hours, but usually a lot sooner.
