Damages All products sent out from Lovespoons-Wales are wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed. Any damaged goods should be returned immediately to Lovespoons Wales, Unit 1, Port Talbot Business Units, Addison Road, Port Talbot, West Glamorgan, SA12 6HZ, and will be replaced. Returns If, for any reason, the consumer is not happy with the products ordered, there is a 7 day period, beginning on the day after the goods are received, to reject them. They should then be returned immediately to; Lovespoons Wales, Unit 1, Port Talbot Business Units, Addison Road, Port Talbot, West Glamorgan, SA12 6HZ. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. If an order has been sent out and items are incorrect or missing, these will be exchanged/replaced immediately and the postage charges paid by Lovespoons-Wales. All returned products must be undamaged. Please Note - personalised Lovespoons or Romantic Wedding Favours are Non returnable unless damaged. Faulty Goods In the case of "faulty" goods, the Sale of Goods Act 1979 [as amended] established that the consumer is allowed a reasonable time within which to reject the goods for a full refund. We give a period of 7 days from receipt of the goods, for the customer to reject the goods and return them for a refund. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled without giving a reason and the cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded. Therefore, the cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. In line with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, we would like it to be stated that where a consumer cancels their order (within the 7 day period) a refund will be provided within 30 days of "cancellation". The consumer will be held liable for the cost of return, if they do not do so, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods. Complaints In the unlikely event that a customer would need to complain, we endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days and will try and resolve the situation as soon as possible.
